Chris Custom Works Special 2015: Enhanced Red Alox Damascus Rancher
Zum Ausklang des Jahres 2015 haben wir uns etwas spezielles überlegt:

Das Enhanced Red Alox Damascus Rancher!
Das Modell des Alox-Ranchers wurde mit roten Alox-Schalen samt passenden Zwischenplatinen sowie einer zusätzlichen Schere versehen.
Als Besonderheit wurde die Standard-Klinge (1.4110-Stahl (X55CrMo14/440A), ~56 HRC) durch ein Exemplar aus Vinland Damasteel ersetzt.
Dieser rostfreie, pulvermetallurgische Damaststahl setzt sich aus folgenden Komponenten zusammen:
RWL-34 (hell): C:1,05 Mn:0,5 Si:0,5 Cr:14 Mo:4 V:0,2
PMC27 (dunkel): C:0,6 Mn:0,5 Si:0,5 Cr:18
Mein besonderer Dank gilt an dieser Stelle Jürgen Schanz, der unsere Idee von Damastklingen so vortrefflich umgesetzt hat!

We decided to make something special at the end of 2015:
The Enhanced Red Alox Damascus Rancher!
The model of an Alox-Ranchers was equipped with red Alox-scales and liners and additional sciccors.
As special item we decided to replace the Standard-Blade (1.4110-steell (X55CrMo14/440A), ~56 HRC) by an exemplar made of Vinland Damasteel.
This stainless martensitic Damascus Steel consists of:
RWL-34 (bright): C:1,05 Mn:0,5 Si:0,5 Cr:14 Mo:4 V:0,2
PMC27 (dark): C:0,6 Mn:0,5 Si:0,5 Cr:18

SAK-Mod: Buchsbaum GAK
Dieser Umbau ist ein spezielles Geschenk: Das Geburtstagskind ist Fan vom alten „BW-Stumpf“ sowie von Buchsbaum Holz. Also haben wir das 108mm GAK mit entsprechenden Schalen veredelt. Was meint Ihr? Freut sich das Geburtstagskind über sein Geschenk?

SAK-Mod: 93mm Black Alox Recruit
Viele unserer bisherigen Alox-Umbauten waren „Enhanced-Modelle“, bei denen das Standard-Messer (neben farbigen Schalen) mit einer zusätzlichen Schere ausgestattet wurde.

Zur Abwechslung präsentieren wir hier nun einen Alox-Mod, welcher bewußt ohne zusätzliche Schere daherkomt: Das Black Alox Recruit (93mm).
Ausgehend vom 84mm-Recruit wurde das Modell in die 93mm-Version transferiert und gemäß Kundenwunsch mit schwarzen Schalen sowie entsprechender Zwischenplatine ausgestattet.

Many of our recent Alox-Mods were „Enhanced Modells“, which included an additional scissors in comparison to the standard-SAKs.
By the way of variety we now present an Alox-Mod which comes without scissors by decision. Based on the 84mm-Recruit this knife was transfered to 93mm-version and according to customers wish built with black alox scales and corresponding liner.

SAK-Mod: Eibe Tinker
Nach dem Waiter & Escort Set war es mal wieder Zeit für ein Messer mit Eibeschalen. Durch das sehr harte und widerstandsfähige Eibenholz eignet sich dieses Tinker perfekt als EDC (Every-Day-Carry)-Messer.
