SAK-Mod: Black Cerakote Grooved Soldier

Bei diesem Custom-SAK haben wir zum ersten Mal mit Cerakote als Klingen-/Werkzeugbeschichtung experimentiert und rausgekommen ist quasi der „dunkle Bruder“ des White Groove Soldier Plus.

Sämtliche Teile wurden schwarz Cerakote beschichtet, damit sie zu den gegroovten schwarzen Micarta-Schalen passen, welche dem Messer eine sichere wie satte Handlage verleihen.

For this Custom-SAK we tried for the first time to cerakote all tools – making it the „dark brother“ of the White Groove Soldier Plus.

All tools were coated with black Cerakote making them match the grooved black micarta handles which offer a sufficient and safe grip.

Gefordert war ein robustes Arbeitswerkzeug, welches gerne einen hard-used-look besitzen sollte.

Also haben wir das Adventurer einer Radikalkur unterzogen:
Gegroovte Schalen aus schwarzem Canvas Micarta sorgen für exzellente Handlage und die Werkzeuge wurde allesamt einem Acid- & Stonewash unterzogen.
Die Klinge haben wir dabei noch eine besondere Ätzung als Eyecatcher verpasst.

Unser neuester Komplettumbau ist das Compact Lite, welches das Aufgabenspektrum eines Compact um eine LED-Leuchte und einen Phillips-Schraubendreher erweitert. (English description below.)

 

Um die Alltagskompatibilität zu erhöhen, wurden Schalen aus schwarzem Leinen-, bzw. Canvas-Micarta gefertigt.

Anlässlich des heutigen Tages haben wir uns etwas entsprechendes überlegt und präsentieren Euch:

Das Stormtrooper Alox Knife (SAK)

Wie zuvor schon beim Blackout Alox und dem Damascus Rancher haben wir auch dieses Messer im Rahmen einer limitierten Mini-Serie (5 Stück) aufgelegt. Die Klingen/Werkzeuge/Zwischenplatinen wurden schwarz brüniert/eloxiert, während die Alox-Schalen mit einer äußerst widerstandsfähigen weißen Cerakote-Beschichtung versehen wurden.

The Stormtrooper Alox Knife (SAK)

As before like the Blackout Alox or the Damascus Rancher we produced this knife in a mini-series (5 pieces maode only). blades/tools/linres were black oxidized/anodized, while the Alox scales got a sturdy white Ceraktote-Coating.

SAK-Mod: 93mm Black Alox Recruit

Viele unserer bisherigen Alox-Umbauten waren „Enhanced-Modelle“, bei denen das Standard-Messer (neben farbigen Schalen) mit einer zusätzlichen Schere ausgestattet wurde.

Zur Abwechslung präsentieren wir hier nun einen Alox-Mod, welcher bewußt ohne zusätzliche Schere daherkomt: Das Black Alox Recruit (93mm).
Ausgehend vom 84mm-Recruit wurde das Modell in die 93mm-Version transferiert und gemäß Kundenwunsch mit schwarzen Schalen sowie entsprechender Zwischenplatine ausgestattet.

Many of our recent Alox-Mods were „Enhanced Modells“, which included an additional scissors in comparison to the standard-SAKs.

By the way of variety we now present an Alox-Mod which comes without scissors by decision. Based on the 84mm-Recruit this knife was transfered to 93mm-version and according to customers wish built with black alox scales and corresponding liner.
